About us
A downtown spot for dogs and their people.
D is for DOG started with one woman catering to residents and their pets, and grew into a dog wash and boutique in the middle of downtown West Palm Beach.
Our founder grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with a family dog and a house cat, and came to South Florida for a career in multi-family property management. Looking after residents meant looking after their pets too: Happy/Yappy Hours, a treat bar, a hand with dog walkers, and an on-site dog wash. She incorporated D is for DOG to bring that service, and a boutique, to a downtown setting. What hasn't changed is the focus on customer service, attention to detail, and a little luxury for every visit.
